Western Christians are on a road to a point where the collapse of the western church is entirely possible and actually likely. Few understand God may be changing the Christian world so the west, America, is no longer at its center. Few know that the attendance in the western church have been shrinking for years and is accelerating. There is a myopic all is well when it isn’t. Few know the church in China is growing fast, so fast there are more Christians in China now than there are in the Chinese Communist Party. Few know there is a genuine Christian revival happening in Russia with a particularly Russian flavour. The orthodox and catholic churches are the only ones growing by new converts. Sub-Saharan Africa is overcoming its geographical problems and is poised with its large Christian base to step up in the coming decades to become an exciting church growth area.
Hopefully the west is not simply going to pass the baton as Europe did but is going to be culturally blind in welcoming the new partners in Christ. My ministry is to try and coax Christian leaders to a new vision of what they are as individuals and the church is to coax the lay person to a life of a greater friendship with God. God has given me an unique perspective for such a time as this.
This ministry is focused on reviving individuals, church leadership, church theological administration and education and recovering the nation of God. For this end; if you or your church, no matter how small want to change for a better future this is what I can or will do:
- Be the leader and presenter at a simple three day conference on understanding who you are as a Christian and how to get excited in telling others.
- Be a speaker to encourage at your planned conference on the topic of individual evangelism.
- Be the guest pastor a Sunday morning speaking about money and its relationship to the ministry of the church especially the home base.
- Help potential missionaries or supported workers or organizations who are struggling with support raising.
- My most recent book examines the major theological issues preventing the church from winning more people to Christ and how to actually understand what is going on in a person’s head which you are trying to lead to faith in Christ.
